1. Headache: 

  • Drink water. Inadequate hydration may lead you to develop a headache

  • Take some magnesium.

  • Avoid alcohol.

  • Get adequate sleep.

  • Avoid foods high in histamine.

  • Try essential oils.

  • Try a B-complex vitamin.

  • Soothe pain with a cold compress.

2. Stomachache:

  • home remedies can help resolve stomach and abdominal pain, such as drinking water and avoiding spicy foods.

  • Drinking water: 

The body needs water to efficiently digest and absorb nutrients from foods and beverages. Being dehydrated makes digestion more difficult and less effective, which increases the likelihood of an upset stomach.

  1. Avoiding lying down: Avoiding lying down may prevent indigestion from becoming heartburn.

  2. Ginger: Ginger may help to reduceTrusted Source nausea and vomiting in people who are pregnant or those who undergo chemotherapy.

      • Compression

      • Elevation

    • Get off your feet and apply a cold compress or bag of ice to the knee. Frozen vegetables, such as peas, will also work if you have no ice handy.

    • Wrap your knee with a compression bandage to prevent swelling, but not so tightly it cuts off circulation. While you’re resting, keep your foot elevated.

    • You can buy compression bandages and cold compresses online.

  10. Back Pain: 

    • Exercise to get muscles moving.

    • Improve posture.

    • Use heat and cold packs.

    • A person can use hot and cold packs to reduce swelling and soothe the pain.

    • Stretch.

    • Apply a pain-relief cream.

    • Try massage.

    • Switching to comfortably fitted shoes can help to ease lower back pain. Some people may need orthotics to correctly support their feet.

    • Get enough sleep.

    • Make diet changes:
